License Policy for Weighbridge Software
- New clients are given a license for 1 week and will not be given for more than 1 week.
- It is mandatory for every client to take a Software Licence, no support will be provided for free.
- If you want to renew your license, you need to make a 100% advance payment.
1. License Terms for New Clients
- All new clients are provided with a trial license valid for a maximum of 1 week.
- The trial license is a one-time provision and cannot be extended beyond 7 days under any circumstances.
- After the trial period, the client must purchase a full software license to continue usage.
2. Mandatory Licensing
- Obtaining a valid software license is mandatory for all clients.
- No support or updates will be provided to clients who have not purchased a license.
- Unauthorized or unlicensed use of the software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. License Renewal & Payment
- To renew an existing license, clients must make a 100% advance payment.
- License renewal is subject to the successful receipt of payment.
- The software will not function beyond the expiry date unless renewed on time.
4. AMC and Pricing Structure
- For custom or feature-specific modules, charges will vary based on the features and functionality required. Prices will be provided upon request.
5. General Conditions
- All payments are non-refundable once the license or AMC is issued.
- The company reserves the right to terminate licenses if any misuse, reverse engineering, or policy violation is detected.
- The license is provided per site/system and is non-transferable without prior written consent.
Payment Condition:
- PAYMENT TERMS: 100% Advance
- Payment must be 100% Advance Payment after Licence within 7 days of the Payment invoice unless otherwise Software Closed and not Support Provide.
- All payments shall be made in the agreed currency via bank transfer, online payment, or cheque (if applicable).
Validity and Renewal:
- Duration of license validity.
- Renewal reminders, grace periods.
- 7 day or 3 days Advance Renewal License.
- Software Close or not Support Provide.
