- Basic SQL, API, and OOP knowledge Required
- Contributing to the development of Python applications and modules that enhance the ERP platform’s capabilities.
- Performing basic SQL operations, including data retrieval and interaction with databases.
- Assisting in API integration efforts to establish connections between our software and external systems.
- Applying OOP principles to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Participating in the identification and resolution of software defects.
- Collaborating with team members and documenting technical aspects of your work.

- Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,
- Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients,
- Have to do software installation and provide training to clients,
- Have to attend training sessions whenever required,
- Attend calls and provide solution,
- Solving assigned tasks based on estimated time,
- Knowledge of SQL & Crystal Reports will be an added advantage
